Q: Do you have delivery service? Is there a charge?
A: Yes. We have a fleet of self-unloading and dump trucks operated by professionals to deliver your material when you need it and where you need it. We do have a nominal charge, which is based upon the location of the delivery.
Q: Do you sell to the general public?
A: Yes. While we are Central New York's largest commercial masonry supplier, we do have a sales staff dedicated to serving the individual homeowner with their projects. Paragon has helped thousands of people with their landscape and masonry projects. Our large selected, vast showroom/display ara, and friendly, knowledgable staff combine to make your project easy.
Q: Do you perform installations?
A: No. We do not do any installations. However, we provide material to many of Central New York's finest landscapers, home builders, and contractors. We are happy to provide references to you. Also, for the do-it-yourself homeowner, we can furnish installation liiterature and advice to assist you.
Q: What area do you cover?
A: Paragon Supply's territory covers Central New York, from the Canadian border to the Pennsylvania border, from east of Rochester to east of Herkimer. We do have exclusive territory rights across the entire state for certain products. Please contact us for more details.
Q: Do you sell small amounts of flagstone for residential use?
A: Yes, we do. We stock Pennsylvania Bluestone, cut in squares with various sizes ranging from 12" x 12" through 24" x 36". Also available is Irregular Flagstone, which is cut in random shapes. Each is available in any quantity for residential use. Contact a customer service representative at our order desk (315) 475-5191 for details.
Q: Can we get various style products (bricks/pavers)in colors other than what you have on display?
A: In many cases that is true - many patterns of pavers are available in multiple colors. However, it does vary depending on the paver. Please contact us with the display number and we can advise as to which colors are available. Thank you.
Q: Is there a product that is used between pavers on a walk, that will not allow moss or any growth? My sand has settled and I need to fill back in. Thank you.
A: There is a product called polymer sand that is designed to stabilize the joints in a paver installation that will greatly assist with this problem. Please contact a Paragon customer service representative for more information, or stop in to speak to someone. Thank you.
Q: Do you carry brick veneers (~1/2" thick)? I have two appliations - one for flooring, and one for a backsplash. I'd like to get weathered or handmade bricks to match the bricks on my house (built in 1866). There is a company called Brick-it on Long Island that has what I want, but I was looking for a local supply
A: We do handle 1/2" thick veneer brick. While it is unlikely that we would have it in stock, it is generally available in 1 week or so.
